Supplementing their specific assignment of arbitration, the Court also offers, other services related with this assignment.

On one hand, it lends the necessary advise to the parties for the stipulation of arbitration agreements adapted to the particular circumstances of a specific judicial report, as well as the adoption of agreements of submission to arbitration of the controversies arisen without the previous existence of an arbitration clause.

On the other hand, the Court offers to the parties an intervention service of impartial mediators, equipped with the necessary technical capacities to which is entrusted, among other functions, either the arbitration or concretion of a contract element (the object or the price in the buying and selling, for example), or the verification of the execution of the requirements that make an obligation demandable (a very frequent supposition in the mercantile and associate environments, as well as in matters of pledges on rights).
